I make homemade lumpias for Thanksgiving when we host. I can make 60-70 large sized lumpias (not the small tightly wrapped spring roll variety) and my family eats every single one of them. They put traditional Chinese egg rolls to shame.

The pictures on here look so good I want to cry.

Never thought of doing Mexican with leftover turkey, but that looks really good.

                What's on everyone's table tomorrow?

We are going to have chicken samosas, baked turkey, mashed potato, kale, pumpkin pie, apple pie, rice pilau, goat stew, even ugali. We start cooking at 10 AM and hopefully everything will be done by 4 PM. We snack all day long...and by the time dinner is ready...we are too full.

Stuffing is my favorite, but I look forward to turkey as well. My husband makes an herb/garlic butter and puts it undernearth the turkey skin. It tastes amazing. And my sister-in-law and I have started doing a dessert exchange. I love to make cheesecake from scratch, but my husband doesn't like it. She makes pumpkin pie(the art of making crust has elluded me). So we keep some pie, and she takes some cheesecake home. Everyone wins.
