I'm now doing all my reading on an iPad, both prose and comics. The conveniece and ease has overtaken my initial reluctance to give up the tactile paper experience.

No more concern over damaging my floppy comic book taking it out f the bag and board with the tape. No more having to wait for the trade. If I were a student now, the experience of not lugging a bag full of books around would be great.

I also have to admit my eyesite is going with age, and the ease of adjusting the sizing f the page and text to suite me s quite a draw as well.

If I were budget conscious, I'd drop the hundred bucks for a Kobo reader, particularly nw that it't got colour.

Superman and the Legion of Superheroes and Bald Knobbers: Vigilantes on the Ozarks Frontier. I might start re-reading China Mieville's The Scar tonight, if I finish Bald Knobbers.

I didn't realize a new one came out! I'll have to check it out.

I think the last Zahn Star Wars book I read was actually a clone wars era book with Annikan and Obi Wan, and I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed it. Often the joy of Zahn is the way he writes his antagonists.
it actually came out several months ago I was just backed up on my reading. it's set between New Hope and empire. pretty good so far.

I'm reading book that the Movie A Christmas Story is based on. Its pretty good and funny too. Its getting me in the Christmas spirit. I just finished reading Frank Herbert's Dune. I've never been a Scifi guy but it was really interesting. So much of it takes place in the mind.

                        Cool.

I still read books the traditional way, but that new Kindle Fire looks really tempting, especially because of the price.

Christmas Story by Jean Shepherd is a great book. Many of the stories are in the movie but some are not but I highly recommend it as a good Christmas read.

A Christmas Story is one of my favs to. I remember seeing it when it originally aired around '83. Never read the book, I might hunt that one down. Im interested in what wouldnt have been in the film.

Beauty and the Werewolf, by Mercedes Lackey.

It's a good read; very funny in the appropriates spots, but I guess I'm so used to her writing style, I figured out the bad guy the minute he was introduced!

He was just too obnoxious to be anything BUT the bad guy.

Not going to give out any other spoilers, but I was expecting a bit more subtlety.
