Don't know what to say about the Raiders- they stunk a little less than the week before?

Not to make excuses...but in all fairness...McFadden has been hurt for a while...hard to compete without him...especially since Palmer is still learning the Raider system.

But yeah...better get going...or they will be left behind in the AFC West.

I guess going from -0- points to scoring 24 the next game is an improvement - the defense sure forgot to come back on the field after half time.

Just watched a little on NFL game center- doesn't look like the Raiders D got much pressure on Tebow and the receivers found massive amounts of field with no one defending.... Hopefully the Silver and black can tighten up for San Diego- speaking of....does anyone think Rivers is washed up or maybe just getting burned out in Sandiego?

Anyone see the interview with Palmer yesterday? Sharpe sat down with him and basically called him out. He said he quit on his team, his city and his fans. He called him a quitter and a coward on national tv and Palmer's reaction was...a sheepish smile. "Yeah, it was a selfish decision."

Any other NFL player would have shot back at Shannon, but Palmer just sat there and took the abuse. If that doesn't speak volumes about his character and drive nothing will.

Tebow didn't look inept this week. That's a step in the right direction after the fiasco with Detroit. Keep in mind, though, historically Christians don't do well against Lions...

The NFL is stongly considering having games every year in England. It would be a little awkward if the Steelers played there. Cause they already have a Big Ben, one you don't have to watch around your girlfriend.

The Giants are for real. I never really gave them too much thought as they usually fly under the radar, but this game is an announcement to the rest of the league. I've never really liked Manning, but face it, you can't spell elite without Eli. Good for him.

Very interesting season, after nearly not having a season. I still want to see a 7-foot tall receiver. He might not be able to run very well, but who's going to block that pass, especially in the endzone? I'm also still living to see the day a ball gets stuck in a receiver's face mask like the Three Stooges. One day...
