Yeah...the Avengers movie was horrible...both actors were trying so hard to be suave, and the movie was pretty much pointless...lol.

...and I'm sorry...but Uma Thurman ain't no Diana Rigg...

I would love to see the old Sinbad movies be remade! Such as 1958 'The 7th Voyage of Sinbad'. With the special effects today, they could make an awesome Cyclops! I grew up on those movies and would love to see them come back to the big screen!

Remakes of such movies as footloose, fright night, pyscho, planet of the apes, karate kid, etc are tragedy.

Definitely Avengers. It sucked big donkey...well, you know what. The two stars were drinking so much tea throughout the movie I was the one that had to hit the bathroom! Plus, the script sucked.

Oddly enough, the novelization of the movie was much better than the film itself!

Honestly Uma Thurman SUCKED in this movie! She wasn't that attractive, and she was more of a mannequin than an actress in this flick.

Catherine Zeta Jones would have made a better Mrs. Peel. She's WAY prettier, funnier, and is more athletic.

Ralph Fiennes as Steed? Meh.

That's the only way to describe what he did to a great role. Meh. It left me flat as a pancake.

Ben Cross would have been better.

Heck Peter Wingfield would have been better!

But they picked Ralph.

As a Honeymooners fan I didn't even watch it until it came on cable. From that vantage point it wasn't too bad if it was a stand alone movie of a Ralph Kramden LIKE character but to make it a Honeymooners remake just ruined it because I love the real Honeymooners so much.
