I love french fries, but for me, a baked potato just goes better with a steak, they seem a perfect match so I always go that way. Sometimes with butter, sometimes with sour cream.

Between the two choices...fries (especially with a burger or sandwich...).

Otherwise, I prefer me taters as follows:

1. Au Gratin Scalloped
2. Twice Baked (cuz once is never enough)
3. O'Brien
4. Traditional Hashed
5. Mushed
6. French Fried

Hector, try horseradish coleslaw sometime with your BBQ. In fact, a pulled pork sandwich with the horseradish coleslaw on it is a life changing event, right behind marriage, children, and hearing the Beatles.
