I've heard the comments from several of you about negative Ebay experiences, but never had a bad experience before. Not anymore.
I was searching for a Big Bang Theory shirt for my daughters birthday. Found one that would work, paid for it and waited. Had an estimated delivery date so I wasn't too worried until that day came and went. So I looked online and saw that it was listed as delivered. No address listed on the delivery confirmation, just a zipcode. Contacted the seller. they had the typical comments on their listings(please contact, we'll work with you to avoid negative feedback, etc). Got a very short message back to the effect of "Don't know what you want me to do, I have a delivery confirmation." I tried three more times for some understanding or help in figuring out what happened, but nothing. Told me to open a case (which was found in his favor of course). Now I see a few missing or items not shipped comments in his feedback (which he answered with "LIAR"). Meanwhile my daughter is without a shirt and I'm out nearly $20. I know it's not much, but never had someone show NO empathy. He didn't even bring up the possibility that someone stole it from my mail. He just implied that I was lying. Not a professional.
