All this gun talk makes me want to fulfill a wish I've had for a while and that is buying a gun. I've only shot one gun in my life and that was my Uncle's rifle (a really long time ago). I'd like to buy a handgun (but have no idea what kind to buy) and go to the shooting range occasionally and and just take out some frustrations with some target practice.....

get a Smith & Wesson 40 sig , it's the best gun for the price...I saw them yesterday for as low as $299, I payed almost $400 for mine

I know how much you guys love your guns, but - and this has nothing to do with how I personally feel about guns - should you guys be talking about this on a family board, where young children also access these boards? Just saying

naw there's nothing wrong with just talking about a gun...we're not talking about shooting anyone, I honestly don't see a problem with it

It's a beautiful and well-made gun for sure...but why the need to spend all that money...when there's plenty of other fine 45's that are much cheaper and just as badarse...such as the Beretta Px4 Storm, Glock 21, Springfield XD(M) 45, Taurus 24/7 45 ACP OSS...they are all under $700...and are just as durable and deadly as the The Kobra Carry...they might not be as pretty as The Kobra Carry...but who wants pretty...lol...
