Thanks for the kind words guys.....No flood insurance, and my current policy does not cover water damage. Guess who will have a flood policy real soon!

And I think there is structural damage since there is still water coming in from somewhere a week after the heavy rains. All in all I am starting to take it all in stride, going to pick up a wet vac in the morning to see if I can locate where the water is coming from and go from there.....Megos are wet but I think will weather the storm (no pun intended) not sure how the figures with hair will work out, as they dry I will know...At least almost all of my boxes, Campmobile, Jungle House etc. were placed high on shelves so they are ok, but I lost tons of comics, trades and hardcovers.....Welcome to the pleasures of being a home owner, oh well life goes on..... Thanks again for the god thoughts folks, it makes a world of difference!
