Flood Claimed Most of my Collection

    Hey Guys

Been off the boards for a while dealing with the sweet surprise I got when we returned from PA....My whole basement was flooded!! And for those of you who have seen pics of the amount of collectibles I had down there from over 300 boxes of books, action figures, statues and of course my megos can only imagine the damage.

Here is a brief idea of what Staten Island residents went thru last week....

Any way needless to say I have been trying to salvage what I can but the work seems endless......Talk to you all soon.

              That's terrible.
I lost part of my toy collection and just about the whole of my book collection last year, so I know how you must feel.
Insurance covered part of it, but it still sucks.
              Real sorry, man...

SORRY to hear that. It happened to me in 1996 in Chicago. My framed SW poster was a loss. This is always sad to hear.
I hope the damage isn't too bad.

Words can't describe how bad I feel hearing that. Hang in there and hopefully insurance will cover it. If there's anything I can do to help, just name it.
