Yes this is a good idea , Iv had major help myself over the years well i am not ashamed but Iv had a heart transplant, the body is an amazing thing it can heal and be strong again i believe in the power of the mind as well as mental fitness , today i am "normal" and the docs say super health so good luck to Mikey he will be alright the stuff than can be done now is amazing .
