My wife and I watch that show whenever it's on. It's very interesting.
    Fresh, not from concentrate.

Not bogus at all. The legislative twerps out here tried to sweep it through quietly as part of their means to achieve the requirements of AB32, an equally ridiculous plight. Once the news leaked out and received a major media blitz, the twerps began to "spin" their intent. Once it was clear that we weren't "buying" their BS, they quickly dropped the idea (at least temporarily). But like all ludicrous legislative ideas in California, they will attempt to "squeak" it through again in the not-so-distant future.

This type of silliness is part of our everyday reality here in California.

Thanks for the confirmation on the story as well as the link.

It never ceases to amaze me what kind of stupid laws are trying to be passed from time to time. Unreal!

I saw a piece of one show and it looked interesting. Sadly for me "Bubble Guppies" was also on. I was easily out voted.

The History Channel is one of the only channels I watch regularly.

South Jersey voted to secede from New Jersey in 1980 (and a majority of voters approved the non-binding measure). Anyone from NJ knows that South Jersey is not like the rest of the state.
