Jell-O or Pudding?

One thing I did love about the cooked pudding, is when my mom would make homemade biscuits and chocolate "gravy". She would cook the chocolate pudding, and serve it as gravy while it was still hot. Talk about delicious. The unused "gravy" would simply solidify into chocolate pudding.

I need to go back home and talk mom into making some biscuits & chocolate gravy.
