Jell-O or Pudding?

I never could get used to Jell-O, even as a kid it did not matter how clever the mold it was just not my thing.....

I will go with chocolate or pistachio pudding any day of the week and throw in vanilla or butterscotch every now and then just to mix things up bit.

I like both. When I was a kid, my dad use to put canned evap. milk in my Jell-o. It tastes really good, like melted whipped cream. I even got my old class into that when we had Jell-o for snack. I do like pudding too. But when I was a kid, my mom would rarely buy instant. She always wanted to buy My-T-Fine which had to be cooked. I never wanted to eat that until it was refrigerated and the skin was off. I prefer instant.

I also miss Byrd's Eye Cool and Creamy. That was really yummy pudding!

I HATE pudding skin. I refuse to eat it. Only eat the instant kind myself. Or the pre-made kind. I like to add a little milk and mix it up. Makes it nice and creamy.

Haha...saying "creamy" makes me laugh.

My Mom told me when I was a toddler, that when she made pigs feet for dinner, she'd give me one and I'd gnaw on it. I'm glad I have no memory of it.

I'll eat both. Freshly made, dairy case, snack-pack - it doesn't matter. I also have an affinity for the pudding that comes in little kid TV dinners...particularly the chocolate. Pineapple jello shots made with coconut rum are pretty tasty. I'll even do pudding skin when in the mood.

Cooked pudding, which I have not tasted in entirely too long, is pretty good; as long as I don't burn my tongue.

The best way to keep the skin from forming is to put plastic wrap directly on top of the pudding, then refrigerate.

If it is simply used to cover the glass, then you get the skin. (Which I HATE, HATE, HATE!)
