well it's a list of the wrestlers who died, not just the ones with steroid & drug abuse.....but I'm sure even Andre towards the end of his career had to have been taking some sort of pain killers, he could barely walk

People with acromegaly (gigantism) are simply not design for excessive and intensive physical activity like Andre endured...just about all of them wind up in a wheelchair if they live long enough.
The Big Show also has acromegaly...but he went through a successful surgery to halt the growth of his pituitary gland in the 90s...so he might avoid many of the problems people with this disease suffers.Last edited by Hector; May 24, '11, 5:16 PM.sigpicComment

Lumping everyone who dies in one category is wrong. Sir Oliver Humperdink recently passed due to declining health and age. As alluded to I believe Big John Studd and John Tenta both had cancer. Randy Savage was 58. Maybe too young to die but no spring chicken either. With no drugs/painkillers at all the average wrestlers takes years off their life just from the abuse put their bodes through. There were certainly substance abusers but those who die of natural causes or accidents shouldn't be put in the same category.Comment
