I don't know if it is true or not but have heard that the bull is usually injured pretty seriously before the bull fight even begins (cut and drained of much of its blood, leaving enough that it can still put up some kind of fight) obviously. This bull looks like it already has at least 3 spears in it. Personally, bull fighting is not anything that I would ever want to watch.

That Matador looks supercalm.
Like he's thinking "Oh, yeah, baby, that's the spot! I've had an itch there all day."
Is that or he just passed out from the pain....
I appreciate the fact that the bull can at least fight one battle (most cattle don't get a chance to get even), but bullfighting is still immoral in my book.
Maybe they could let childmolesters fight the bull? Barehanded...
Or maybe they could just try to play tag with the bull, without harming him. If you can touch him on the head, you score bonus points. Or get skewered. Whichever comes first...

Dude I almost wet myself with that one! ZING!
Bullfighting is remarkably stupid IMO. Even as a kid seeing the bullfighters in cartoons never made much sense to me. As an adult knowing that there is no real fight to it for the bull (being whipped up on before hand) I can't see people being so impressed with the pansy in the shiny pants. Glad to see this matador wil spend the rest of his life with a limp. Toro! Toro!
