I used to like them sunny side up all the time and ate them on top of Thomas's English Muffins. However the cafeteria where I used to work made really great scrambled eggs. I used to get that with sausage & tater tots before work started. They were great when they were fresh and moist. If they were dry I knew they had been sitting around for a while. Now when I have time to make my own I have been doing scrambled on top of buttered Thomas's English Muffins.

I used to love eggs sunny side up, or "dippy" as we called them. I can't stomach greasy fried foods anymore, so I learned to poach them. Eggs benedict is good, but I have to get the sauce on the side. I don't care for scrambled eggs, unless it's part of a sandwich, burrito, or omelette.Hey! Where's the waiter with the water for my daughter?

I like them at both extremes, over-easy and hard boiled.sigpic "It's like you're unravelling a big cable-knit sweater that someone keeps knitting and knitting and knitting and knitting and knitting and knitting..."Comment

Deviled Eggs!!!!!!
I could eat my weight in these little things. No vinegar, just mayo, relish, seasoning, and maybe caviar (but I have never and them that way)sigpicComment

I like eggs I just do not eat them as much as I once did. I use to eat lots of eggs every morning for breakfast. (yummy!) That was when I use to get up early and work out back in the day.
Now even though I do like eggs I rarely eat them as I do not get up until around noonish most of the time. Every now and then my gf and I will go to Denny's for breakfast in the after noon.
Over easy. I like to stick my fork in and pop the yolk.
Hard boiled (makes for a nice midnight snack)
Deviled Eggs and pork steaks ohh yeah!!!Enjoy what you like, and let others enjoy what they like. (C) Azrak 2009

Huevos rancheros, huevos con chorizo, and huevos a la oaxaqueña.
If I have to go American style...then I'll say fried eggs (over easy)...with hash browns & bacon...and toast.
P.S. I love eggs...and I'm flexible...I also like them scrambled, as an omelette, poached, and boiled...

Me, I like eggs in general and enjoy them pretty much any way they are made. It was a pretty big staple food in our house. I even remember when I was sick with the stomach flu, my mom would usually fix me a soft boiled egg. It was almost the opposite of an allergic reaction for me as it was one of few things I could actually keep in my stomach."The farther we go, the more the ultimate explanation recedes from us, and all we have left is faith."

I do remember hearing of egg related allergies when I was a kid but didn't know anyone with peanut allergies. Now there seems to be at least one child in every single one of kids' classes with a serious peanut allergy. I have no idea what causes these type of food related allergies. There is a girl on my daughter's soccer team with a peanut allergy so bad that just being around someone who might have eaten something with peanut butter in it hours earlier will cause her to break out with hives."The farther we go, the more the ultimate explanation recedes from us, and all we have left is faith."
