Yum-yum! I just finished breakfast, and made myself some scrambled eggs, w/ swiss cheese, shrimp, onions and a touch of sour cream. I'm picky about my eggs and rarely eat them in restaurants. I like them fluffy and made w/ evaporated milk and lotsa cheese. I like to add things to them like ham or chicken, or even turkey during Thanksgiving.
