Now I can understand why Seattle WA has the highest suicide rate in the world.

Not true at all. Portland gets more rainfall than Seattle, even NYC gets more rainfall than Seattle. Has(suicide) nothing to do with just weather but other external/internal circumstances. Also, Portland has a higher rate than us. I think Detroit or other cites have even more.
But I do appreciate help spreading the rumor. Might discourage people from moving here because the COL and housing has sky rocketed due to the influx of people moving here every day.
