    To many Walmarts?

Okay, stop and think how many Walmarts are within a 30 min. drive of your home.We have 8 .There are people at work that refuse to go to one.Other than a Reto Mego, I can't think of anything we can't buy there.

We don't shop there, refuse to feed the beast. There's probably 5 within the 30 mile radius here. Whenever oil gets too expensive for shipping from China, they will go away.

Probably 3 within a 30 minute drive for me (one of those is 10 minutes away). If I up it to a 45 minute drive, it probably goes up to 7 or 8. I have to admit that we shop there a lot.

Thinking of Walmarts that fall within a 30 minute drive, I can think of nine. I hate going to Walmart. I tell people that going to Walmart feels like stepping onto the set of "Jerry Springer" JOHN

We shop at Wal-mart all the time. Wal-mart is an Arkansas based company, so we support it unapologetically.

Wal-mart is not a perfect company...honestly, you will not find one. They give to charities like most, hire a ton of people that they
treat well (and some they don't), and where else are you going to go to find a jar of peanut butter, an air filter, ear plugs, and a bottle of
advil all in the same place (my shopping list for today)?

I've got one close and then it's about an hour and fifteen minutes to the next closest one.

I prefer Target myself...it has more of an old school feel to it...like the old Gemco of the 70s and 80s....which Target eventually bought.

Target is making a bigger show around here, they seem to be a nicer style,or more up scale store. There doesn't seem to be as many, but the closesest one has really expanded its grocery selection.

I am thinking there are seven Wally's fairly close by. I am not a really huge fan of Wal-Mart although I am not really holding anything against them either. I just wish that their competition would be better then what it is so that they can keep Wally's in check.

I do a lot of my toy shopping at Wal-Mart. It is mainly convenience. The TRU around usually blow and rarely ever have anything good in stock. I do not buy any of Wal-Mart's meat or any of their clothes. The meat is not that good IMO and their clothes are cheap for a reason.

I suppose it can be a good place for those with big families or someone on a tight budget to shop.

I have been to people of walmart .com a few times in the past. It is a neat web site. I am surprised that they get away with using Wal-mart in their .com addy.

Same here. My gf and I call it Tar"jay" though. It makes it sound a bit more up scale.

Again my main interest is the toy aisle. I do not buy my clothes from Target either.

Over all some people are quick to point out that the prices are just a tad bit higher than Wal-Mart. I am not going to squabble over a few pennies myself. It is worth it to me to get in and out without having to stand in line like at Wal-Mart.

I like Target over Wal-mart mainly because they are not as crowded as Wa-Mart or Zoo Mart as I like to call it.
