    Snow Tracker thread!

    Mkay folks,
Me, sitting here in Central Illinois, woke up to about nothing to write home about.
Yesterday afternoon, starting around 1pm, we had a sleety/snowy mix sorta drizzle until about 6pm.
I can still see 1/3rd of my windsheild this morning.
However, they say it is coming...national guard is out in Missouri.

You western folks...Missouri, Oklahoma....whatchya getting and how fast did you get it??

I am a couple miles east of the Lake Michigan shoreline, where Lake Effect will most likely INCREASE the snow being dumped by this storm. Beautiful lake, love the sunsets and waves; hate the Lake Effect.

I'm jealous. I want a super snow storm. We haven't had one of this magnitude since '94.

We have a big one coming our way late tonight, continuing into tomorrow, maybe over a foot of snow. Great....

We got hit overnight, but only a few inches on top of what was already there.

Here in northeast Kansas the snow is falling pretty good and the wind is blowing it around. It's already sorta ugly out there and I hear it's only gonna get worse this afternoon--apparently a full on blizzard!

We had some freezing rain in Maryland (which is sometimes worse than snow). It wasn't bad but apparently; it is going to get bad this evening.

9 inches so far in Oklahoma City and about another 3 inches or so to go before it moves past. The wind is really blowing and the temp is about 8 degrees. Drifts are anywhere from 3 to 5 feet. Two bands of snow so far with a third to move through in the next hour. Behind that it is clear, but the temps are going to get colder tomorrow and we won't get above freezing until Friday.

Tulsa has gotten more snow than OKC so far (with more on the way).

We're supposed to get up to 20" tomorrow. That goes on top of the 120" we've already gotten this winter.

Snow first about 1.5 inch -- now sleet/ice! not a pretty day.

I already have about 2 feet of snow in my yard. How many more days until Spring?????
