Forever Knight - guest star babes were getting better.

      Greatest American Hero

M-Muh-Muh-Max, Max Headroom- however in this day and age no one was going to accept that a TV Reporter might be a good guy looking out for people. The cards were stacked against them.

      The Flash

Deadwood - they had plans to wrap up all the loose ends in a 6 hour mini-series but so far it has not happened.

Heroes - tho it was a mercy killing by the time they were done.

Twin Peaks - David Lynch's biggest mistakes: revealed the killer was a spirit who possessed people and killed off Leland Palmer. WRONG! David, bud, you never give away anything so easily. You never even explain your movies to people for fear they will stop talking about them. So why did you take the easy way out of a good story line in Twin Peaks!?!?! You should have left people wondering if Leland was really possessed or had a mental illness. Pass out a dozen more red herrings and let him escape to become a fugitive on the loose to keep terrorizing the town to keep the show going. Big mistake man!

Justice League Unlimited - I know they said they were done but I wasn't. I know you probably couldn't follow the series finale`with anything else, " Attention! Attention! All members:this is an Omega Alert, repeat, an Omega Alert!" but still; I wanted more Justice League!

Oh, I just thought of another one.
        Moonlight.
No, not Moonlighting with Bruce Willis. Moonlight was a vampire show that came out before the Twilight craze hit or it would probably still be on. Starred a beautiful blonde actress whose name escapes me and the current star of the new Hawaii 5-O, Alex O'Loughlin, as the main vampire character.
CW even re-ran most of the series this past summer and I thought maybe it was because it was being revived but it wasn't.

Get A Life is a good call, though it seemed like they were running out of steam anyway.

          MST3K.

I forgot the name of it but there was a show about a Canadian Mountie working in an American city (maybe Chicago)

Typical fish out of water series but I kind of liked it.

Yep, that was it ... I forgot the title

I watched it for the first season but trailed off after that ... eventually I think it got cancelled not long after

Arrested Development and Bakersfield PD were two great comedies that got cancelled way too early. Tv execs these days have no idea what they're doing half the time.

I always thought The Pretender could run another couple of seasons.

Actually, Barney Miller wasn't cancelled. They decided to end it on top rather than "jumping the shark". I don't know what KO JACK is but the Ving Rhames Kojak was a mercy killing and the Savalas version had a nice run.
