McNabb Benched!

What a strange year in the NFL.

Donovan has been dropped down to second string this week and third next. Rex Grossman is starting this Sunday. He hasn't exactly done well this year, but that's a hefty dose of disrespect from the coaching staff. He's been a solid QB for most of his career, but none of that matters. No starting job, no respect and no Hall of Fame.

He'll likely end up in Minnesota next year. With those weapons they may do something if they can patch up the offensive line holes. Or, he may be done. No guarantee he gets another job. Sad.

I am a big Redskins fan. Have been my whole life. I had high hopes for them this season with Shanahan and McNabb. But the whole season has been one big circus.

I feel sorry for McNab to some degree.
I guess you could say I am somewhat of a Closet Eagle Fan .
The Dude Was in a SuperBowl, went to like 4 Championship NFC Games , and An Assload of PlayOff Apearances, Sure it wasn't all Him, But He was there, and How many other QB's in the NFL can say so ? But yet Every Season..., In the City of " Brotherly Love" ..., His Head is Called for at the End. Then They Got it.
He is good. He more than Proved that, and not washed up just yet imo....
The Skins are a Mess. The Owner Blows bigger Donkey Balls than Any Raider QB Since Gannon. ...

But Seriously, That Owners Worse than Jerry Jones imo.

God...I want McNabb to be a Raider sooooooooooo bad...like you said...he's not washed up yet...I think he has a couple of more solid years...perhaps even more...he will fit into the Raiders nicely...you know...the unwanted and outcasts always seem to thrive in the Raiders organization...
