    Mad is never as good as it was when you were a kid. This is something Gaines himself understood.

    whenever you got into Mad, was when it was good.

    unfortunately, that all changed when he died, and DC Comics took over, started putting ads in it, and actually did make it awful.
    Looking for Green Arrow accessories, Doctor Who Sonic Screwdriver, and Japanese Popy Megos (Battle Cossack and France, Battle of the Planets, Kamen Rider, Ultraman) and World Heroes figures

        I used to love MAD. When I was very young I would sneak them into my room after my uncle had finished with his copy. For some reason I had always felt like they were taboo.

        Ironically, I lived right next door to George Woodbridge and used to play G.I. Joe with his youngest son Chris.
        If I had only spent a tenth of the time studying Physics that I spent learning Star Wars and Baseball trivia, I would have won the Nobel Prize.
