Yep, turn of the century inventor/adventurer.

I don't know if I have the name right, but I'm going to guess "Ace of Spades".

It was about an innocent guy sent to prison who uses his time there to learn all the criminal trades/skills - cons, lockpicking, etc. - then when he gets out uses them as a PI to help the innocent/fight crime. He had a sidekick named Hector who he did time with, and during the opening credits he says something like 'They say in prison you can get an education. Well, I want to go to school.'

I think it had a one season run, if that, in the late 70s-early 80s. I watched it religiously.

      Over My Dead Body
      American Gothic
      Cover Me
      The Agency
      The Mountain
      Tarzan
      Invasion
Shaun Cassidy gets screwed a lot - he produces great TV that gets cancelled. My sister was a big fan of American Gothic - I bought her the show on VHS when it was cancelled, and I liked Invasion.

Anyone remember "Madame's Place" a show based on Madame the puppet?

One no one I know remembers is "SPENCER". Came on around 84. Had him always getting into trouble. I loved that show.

The kid saw the suit but before he approached he looked up all around the sky to make sure there were no UFO's in the area. I don't know what that was.

There was a comedy/mystery/soap on NBC same season as Cliffhanger and Supertrain which seemed to be like the Clue board game turned into a night-time soap/sitcom. I can't remember what that was.

I do remember A Man Called Sloane, Sledge Hammer!, Masquerade, Wait Till Your Father Gets Home.

How about: Gene Rodenberry's Spectre movie of the week, Lady Blue, Strike Force with Robert Stack and Trisha Noble?

EXO man, polit /movie is on youtube

I really liked the "Frat House' sitcoms that resulted from the success of "Animal House" one was a direct spin off called "Delta House" that had many regulars from the movie.

The other was called "Brothers and Sisters" and I really remember thinking it was great.

I remember a show with Byner & the guy who played Sgt. Shultz on Hogans Heroes as 1930s gangsters, but can't remember the name right now.

And there was a series on Sci-Fi about Jules Verne that I liked but now I can't recall a thing about it.

Actually the only things I liked about Bizzarre was occasionally seeing some bare boobies and Super Dave Osbourn's schtick

Just thought of another one. Friends. Not the new one; there was one in 1979 about 3 kids played by Charlie Aiken, Jill Whelan (of the Love Boat) and Jarrod Johnson (of the Lost Saucer). It didn't last very long, but I really liked it.
