Mc Donalds Question

I was watching CLOSE ENCOUNTERS OF THE THIRD KIND today and noticed a Mc ds sign stating it had served over 24 billion now this was 1977 were at 2010 , how many burgers do they sell today and how are the farmers that produce beef able to meet demands when the cut for hamburger meat is either good meat or crap meat. I tried to do the math theirs not enough cows for this ?????? GOVERMENT CONSPIRACY-ALIENS-MC DONALDS own genetic breedig ground COWS with 6 leggs like the colonels chicken?????

I have thought about walking into a McDonald's with a picture of a Big Mac from one of their commercials and telling them that I want mine made just like this (meat hanging off the bun, large amounts of lettuce, etc.).

Actually, go read the book Fast Food Nation. It is actually pretty gross when you read some of the stories of where restaurants like McDonalds buys their beef.

I have thought about walking into a McDonald's with a picture of a Big Mac from one of their commercials and telling them that I want mine made just like this (meat hanging off the bun, large amounts of lettuce, etc.).

Actually, go read the book Fast Food Nation. It is actually pretty gross when you read some of the stories of where restaurants like McDonalds buys their beef.

Me too, actually with all the fast food joints. I mean if you advertised an action figure with a lot of detail etc and end up getting a molded piece of plastic, people would be screaming false advertising, how do the food joints get a pass on this?

Their like the old comic book ads for the life size ghost and you get a piece of white plastic. lol

I am thinking cloning. There is going to be way more mouths to feed than food to eat eventually. The world cannot continue to carry on like it is. The math just does not add up. I believe this is where the term dying in the land of plenty will be finally realized.

Who REALLY knows what we are being fed these days. ??? Whether it be from the restaurant, grocery store or any place unless you are growing it yourself.

For the most part the most of us take the word of the companies. Kind of like an infant depending on the parent. What we do not know does not hurt us OR does/will it?

I wish everyone would take that stand. Things would take a serios change in the people's favor. There is power in numbers. People often tend to forget that they serve us. We do not serve them.

I tend to think that people that are supposed to be in charge of monitoring this kind of stuff tend to look the other way a lot.

Hey, It worked then so they figured why not now. Screwing people is one of the oldest professions there is and sadly it still holds true today.
