No, not "Over The Hedge", "Over The Edge", Matt Dillon's and Vincent Spano's first movie, I think.
It's a story about teenagers in a planned community where there is almost no outlets for kids except drugs, vandalism and sex (although, not too much of it happens in this movie).
The end is a bit over the top (as if they had to amp up the destruction to borderline unbelievable levels for the climax) but the rest is a movie that has no real heroes or villains (although I naturally threw in with those rebelling against the "man" back in the day).
Anyone coming of age in the late 70's will see a lot of yourselves in the teenagers, although I am sure we weren't as nihilistic as they were and they had no Megos, which was perhaps one of their problems.
