Did you know; The company has been in business since the late 1960s and is based in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
that's right it's based in my hometown....Perhaps there are some old K-tel items kicking around here...LOL
I used to drink in a bar they owned as well.

The first grown-up record that I remember buying was K-Tel's Hit Machine in 1976. I'm proud to say that I still have it. Borrowed from a current auction:
