Especially when some churro vendors squeeze different fillings in them...like chocolate, vanilla cream, custard, fruit jams...or my favorite, dulce de leche (caramel)...

Yum! Just had some a few weeks ago. Every year I wait for our silly, local, Tulip Festival just so I can have oliebollen. I have my great, great grandmother's recipe box and should make her recipe someday.

                Eet Smakelijk!

You know oliebollen, you speak Dutch and there's a Tulip Festival? Your family must be from Holland
