I second that! As far as the new show I checked it out, and I thought it was Ok. Didn't really grab me to be completely honest.

I'm gonna go against the grain here. I watched it a couple of days ago on Comcast OnDemand. I didn't like it. The only reason I watched it at all was b/c my buddy Miguel Ferrer is in it. He's a really great guy and I wanted to see what he'd do. But the storyline was all over the place, it moved too fast and the opening scene was just too violent. Personally, I think it belongs on tje 10pm time slot b/c I have a feeling some of my students are going to watch.

It definitely won't generate the magic or the mechandise of the original series. I don't think it will last. But hopefully the Sci-Fi Channel will start airing the original series again.

Maybe but the super-speed running was definitely better than the old slow-mo crap. Same with the bionic ear and eye.

Actually another thing I didn't like about it, was that it relied too much on special effects. Not enough imagination. Sorry, it's the purist in me.

I liked it, and will tune in next week again. A couple minor things bugged me, but hey it beats the heck out of a lot of crap on TV

A show like this needs some time to develop its characters and storylines. I thought the premiere was clumsy and rushed, but still watchable. I hope it improves in the coming weeks.

And I hope they lose the petulant, "troubled" younger sister.

I'm afraid it'll have to improve a whole lot to stay on our season pass. The only thing this did for me was long for the return of Battlestar Galactica and watching Katie Sakoff do some actual acting. I was looking forward to it and was surprised based on the reviews at how clumsy it was.

Way too brooding for me. All the characters were flat, and not really very likeable, IMO. I was kind of bored and found myself not really caring about anyone in it. Characters are key, and this just doesn't have it.

It was ok, but I'm sure not going to write it off after one ep. I thought Katie looked extra hot in it. Is it filmed in Vancouver?

It left me flat (the acting) and excited (future episode possiblities) at the same time.

Watched LIFE right after it....now that was good. I love quirky main characters, and this one fits the bill. He is kind of a cross between Monk and David Caruso's character in CSI/
