Those were awesome! I remember buying those from the Ice Cream man all the time! Tons of fake Cigs for me, never lead me to the real thing.

Still made but no longer candy Cigarettes they are simply Candy Sticks. I got a big bag of marvel hero package ones at halloween my kids loved em (so did I)

I used to get these and when I was really adventurous, I'd get the bubble gum cigars or cigarettes. They had paper rolled around them and powdered sugar between the paper and the gum so when you puffed on them, "smoke" came out.

Yeah, the "cigarette" packs I got as a kid were gum, too. My mom told me about the chocolate ones that used to exist and I always wanted find them, but they never sold them here. Never became a smoker by the way and the few times that I did, my friends, who were in the Army, had more influence than candy did.

I had the gum ones as well as a kid. Thought it was a kick blowing the powdered sugar off and pretending it was smoke. I don't think my parents really thought twice about buying them. Neither of them smoked and none of us grew up to be smokers either.
