Celebrities...if you are having a bad day...skip the paid autograph sessions...especially if there are kids coming in for one...kids look up to you...and if you don't have the time for them...stay home...end of story.

that's what i'm saying! if a celeb attends a show and there are paying fans, then they are REQUIRED to ACT like they're enjoying themselves. well, in lou's case, i forgot he can't act. well if you count running around in ripped clothes than ok? lol!

I never met Ferrigno but we all know he's pretty deaf

Maybe some of the time he guesses what he thinks people are saying to him and his responses are just wrong.

When he sees an excited kid wanting an autograph...he should automatically greet the kid nicely...like, "How you doing, kid?"

              Not...

              "$65...now!!!"

Being deaf is not an excuse to be a jerk.

I think people that are washed up and do the convention circuit on a reguar basis for so many years develope an incredible arrogance and loathing for the whole thing.

We've heard about it from Ferrigno, Prowse, Adam West etc.

They'll never admit it, but they hate being there and they even began hating their own fans.

Newbee celebs are always/usually much more nicer.

They should limit the amount of time a washed up celeb is allowed to do conventions.

At the Memorabilia show here in the UK i think they have a rule that no guest can appear more than once every 3 years.

I met Ferrigno a few years ago. He wasn't really nice or rude, just kinda didn't say much. I guess Burt Ward was about the worst celeb I've ever met. Was late showing up then griped and grumbled the whole time. Was all about the money. The nicest I'd ever met were probably Ric Flair and David Keith. Keith actually bought me and a friend dinner.
Really Wow Burt was an awesome guy with me and my son I met him back in 2005 he was super nice to me and my son signed my mego Robin and took a pic with us....I guess he was having a bad day....or I got lucky that day

My best experience was when I had dinner with Doug Bradley (Pinhead), Paul Blake (Greedo), Alan Harris (Bossk) and Jeremy Bulloch (Boba Fett). This was a couple of years back at our local movie convention.

Really nice guys, no prima donnas at all. They just liked to chat about vacations, their gardens, and old movies. Just regular folks, who happened to stumble onto a winner somewhere along the line....

I also gave Carel Strucken (Lurch in Adams family) a guided tour of Gent. He's like 7'3", and I'm 5'8.
We were like the odd couple!!!!

They had a sciFi/comics convention here in Jacksonville a short while back and I met Erin Grey (Very nice lady who was easy to talk to), Elizabeth Anne Allen who played a part on Buffy (She's beautiful and was GREAT!) and lastly I enjoyed meeting the Sci Fi author Larry Niven (Ringworld). Took pictures with all of them and they were a pleasure to meet. JOHN
