You can Spray a Cat with a Hose,.. it will shut right up.
Can't do the same with a Dog.

Not my cat. It's too stupid to realize it's getting wet.

Oh no...good grief...I can't stand it...feel like shooting the little basterds...especially when those almost feral cats go at it...and fight each other in my backyard at night...annoying and obnoxious noises...loud as heck too...
