My age. Wow. I'm sad for his family. Nobody deserves that kind of loss.

I'm not all that surprised either, but it's always ashame when someone dies that young.

He was supposed to have a role in Lost boys 2 but he was so lit with prescription drugs that he couldn't get his lines right so after a bunch of fruitless takes, the director pulled the plug and they wrote him out of the movie apart from a quick appearance at the very end. A tragic end for a troubled man. Sad!

He actually had some decent acting chops for a kid. After him and Feldman got popular, they started taking roles where they pretty much played their public personas, and I had no interest in that.

He seemed to even allude the has-been celebrity TV circuit that his pal Feldman fell into. At least that keeps him working I guess.

It's pitiful all the way around.

The sick part is that Feldman will probably milk this. May sound harse but it's the "celebrity way"

I would have taught the same thing. Haim had had some funny stuff well may his soul rest in peace.

I just saw both Feldman and Haim on the TMZ show a couple weeks ago. The camera guy didn't even recognize Haim, he was all bloated up.

It's sad, but not surprising. He's been in terrible shape for years.

Not true... There was the "Two Coreys" show on (I think) VH-1....

I believe that. He really didn't have any other skills or other work experience.

I met Haim a few times, he was a friend of some friends. I think he only hung out with them when he was in Toronto and trying to be somewhat normal. A couple of times he hung out with us and things were pretty cool, but the last time he kept cornering people ecstatically ranting about how it was so great being clean - CLEARLY on something. That was years ago now.

I was glad for him when he showed up in "Crank 2".

This is sad news - but it's always sad when people can't (or choose not to) move on in life.
