Not exactly mainstream, but I really like the Japanese "Female Convict Scorpion" films starring Meiko Kaji. Good violent fun. And the Hong Kong live action adaptation of the anime "Story of Ricky" is just over the top and nutty. Oh, and Jack Hill's "The Big Doll House" and "The Big Bird Cage" are classic 1970's grindhouse WIP films.

Not a movie, but I recently plowed through the entire series of "Prison Break" (got all the season sets cheap during the holidays) and it was very fun to watch, you just had to ignore the plot holes and lapses of logic and enjoy the whole goofy ride.
