    America's most miserable cities 2010

America's Most Miserable Cities 2010 - Yahoo! Real Estate

In Pictures: Americas 20 Most Miserable Cities - No. 1 Cleveland, Ohio - Forbes.com

I have no idea how accurate this list is...but I've been to Stockton, California (number two on the list)...and let me tell you...it's one of the most depressing American city I've ever been too...so I truly get its placing.

God...I hope no one from Stockton posts here...my apologies in advance if you do...didn't mean to diss your city like that.

    Thoughts?

So weird to me... last year Forbes picked my town as one of the top 25 best to live in. During the previous (Great) Depression everyone was trying to get out of Oklahoma and run to California (or anywhere). Now we're considered one of the better places to live while beautiful Cali keeps sinking.

Flint (number 5) is right near where I am. It seems nice to me, though there are a lot of businesses closed down sadly. The people are very nice though.

Not sure if it's on the list (I hate flipping through pages on that site) but Trenton New Jersey is pretty nasty ... also Patterson New Jersey.

I read the Philadelphia Daily News on Fridays and sometimes Thursdays. Judging from the crime rate and type of crimes I see there, I would vote Philly high on that list

              dam Miami's # 6? it's a shame cause it's only a small part where it's really bad ,otherwise it's a bad *** city

              Chicks
              Beaches
Nightlife(I guess that's what brings the bad stuff)

woohoo! we always tend to hit the top 5 lists.

It's always fun to namedrop my city when in other states and have people gasp.

Hey, I love sports, but why so much emphasis on the cities teams, makes me think the whole ranking is stupid.

I think Flint and Cleveland are getting a bum rap when Detroit is #4.
                    Ohio has 6 or the most miserable cities in the US and one of them isn't Columbus...the fix is in! (<;
If this is based purely on economic factors then fine...but there are a lot of positive things about a lot of these cities.

I got one. Rock Springs, Wyoming. Serious Poo-poo hole.

                              Yeah...I don't get that.

My sis was just in the area...and she said it was great...especially the Cuban culture.
