My Uncle lived with and took care of a friend (Jim) who was dying of T.B.
I remember like it was yesterday, walking up the stairs to the second floor and there in the living room was a hospital bed with a very sick Jim lying there. I remember greeting him and he greeted me back. Not too long after, my Aunt died and my parents had to go to Hartford for the funeral so they left me with my brother who lived right next door.
We were in my brothers living room and I saw a photo of Jim on a shelf and commented that I just saw him a little while ago. My brother said that I couldnt have because Jim had been dead for years.
My brother ended up getting the big house many years later and was going through it to get it ready for resale. He had gone up into the attic which was huge and in the attic was a section that didnt have a floor (just trusses). He said that when he went up there, there was a rocking chair sitting on the trusses and it was rocking back and forth as though someone were sitting in it.
Many man years later, My brother runs into the new owners of the house and they start asking my brother all these questions about the house. My Brother asked them why so many questions? They said that thier youngest daughter keeps seeing a man in the living room on the second floor (where I saw Jim in the hospital bed).

I would love to see if ghost hunters could come up with something in that house!?

      very cool story!

Wow keep those ghost stories coming people! Thinking about spooky stuff, the Ghost Hunters show is about to start on Sci-Fi. Time to get freaked!!

But i wonder why ghosts stick around like that, trying to scare us? Or stuck? Maybe they dont know their dead? I guess we will find out when our time comes, lets hope not too soon!
