last night im in the line to buy something at the store and im just dreaming waiting my turn looking at the back of this guys head, i look down and his pants are off his ***! not only that he has a belt done up tight as you can imajine to make sure they dont fall down! uh... pull the stupid things up! then they wont fall down!!!
im looking right at his boxer shorts and its like 6pm with children in the shop... cant these stoopid kids get done for indecent exposure or something ?

Some citys in the USA have banned wearing clothes like that.

It goes against their public indecency laws.

BTW, legend says the "fashion" started in prisons where belts are not allowed.

So the fashion is to look "cool" like a prison thug.

Back in my day, only poor kids wore pants like that because they were wearing hand-me-downs --- but at least they wore a belt or suspenders.

Funny thing is, the trend is well over 20 years old now.

You'd think they would have started something new already.

Police Depts have been unofficially encouraging this trend for years. When fashionable perps try to run from the 5-0, the belt at mid thigh level basically gives up the fight and pants fall to the ankles causing the fleeing felon to land face down in the roadway. When the PD has a dash cam, TV hilarity ensues accompanied by a nice paycheck to the PBA. I personally hope that all prospectve perps and felonious finks continue with the "down low" pants as it makes it a lot easier to catch them.
I also see it as something like a Turing test for the real world. If 20 people came to see you for a job and 10 of them are showing off their taste in underwear, the selection process just gets easier and easier.
