    Those light up sneakers in the 90's had to be invented by cops.

        I heard the trend DID start as a prison thing. A lot of Hip Hop Heroes have been in so a kid wants to look like thier idol right?

        Thing is i heard that it's a prison "signal" that you won't put up a fight if another fella takes a liking to you.

        try and tell the "cool" guys that.

          and as luck would have it the ladies you see doing it are the ones that absolutely should NOT be!!!
