But my first guess was that they'd only be able to use him at a
"skate type" store and, lo and behold, Adam West confirmed
that was exactly how it was played out"No. No no no no no no. You done got me talkin' politics. I didn't wanna'. Like I said y'all, I'm just happy to be alive. I think I'll scoot over here right by this winda', let this beautiful carriage rock me to sleep, and dream about how lucky I am." - Chris MannixComment

If it is the same guy I am thinking of he also had a store in the US flea Market on Rt 1 in NJ. His name was Gene. Other than being a little heavier he looked a lot like Paul Stanley. At one time he had a huge Kiss collection, and sold a lot of the pieces back to Kiss. Also he used to organze and run some of the best toy shows in Jersey back in the 90's. I made a lolt of money selling at his shows, always big names, always awesome! I wish I knew what happened to him, great guy.

Ha. I actually was thinking of Rachel Rey---but I was thinking her name was
spelled "Ray" so I was confused. How about Tony Hawk? I know who he is
(the most famous oldschool skater) but is he that recognizable?
He must have a popular reality show I don't know about.(I don't watch cable)
I'll have to wiki this Julie Chen.
ANOTHER EDIT to add that Rachel's last name is indeed "Ray"Comment

I used to go there at least once a month
Never got any good deals though.
If anything it was worth the trip for the fudge/cookie stand
There was a stand that had a lot of Godzilla and Gerry Anderson stuff ,,, I used to go mostly for that place.Comment

I think to Hue's point, yes, Tony Hawk is a household name but his face isn't instantly familiar to many of us. Just as I said about Snoop Dog and not recognizing him. There were people in the parking lot looking at him while he was doing his schtick and you could tell they absolutely had no idea who he was and I think even if they came back on the end and he introduced himself (as they did with others who did recognize him), they still would have stared at him with a blank expression."The farther we go, the more the ultimate explanation recedes from us, and all we have left is faith."
