If anyone else is like me and your kids are hoping for Zhu Zhu pets they are availible right now (11:14 central time) at Toysrus.com. I just scored a 3 pack and they also have a gift set listed. If you are looking good luck. These little suckers have been hard to get.

Toys r us online has had these availible off and on all day. Just a 3 pack and a couple of the playsets though. There is still time to get them by Christmas if you still want them. Ive been looking for them for 6 weeks and was just about to give up. I used this online tracker: Zhu Zhu Pets In Stock Availability Tracker from zooLert.com - Find Zhu Zhu Pets In Stock In Stock!. It lloks like Amazon has a playset listed at retail right now as well.Comment

Joseph and were at Toys R Us last Saturday and the Zhu ZHu line was already full an hour before they were handing them out (first 100 customers). We were there shopping for his friends presents not Zhu Zhus. He was asking why they were waiting for all this. After explaining to him about what the Ebay prices are and how people are just trying make some big bucks. He then asked me why people just don't get a real hamster like we have, they are real and way more fun than a hamster toy. I just started laughing. I love his logic and I do not have to get all wrapped up in Zhu Zhu madness.

My son was on the internet on Black Friday trying to score some internet deals.
He was on one website (and I think it was Toysrus.com) and they had zhu zhu pets available for $14.99."The farther we go, the more the ultimate explanation recedes from us, and all we have left is faith."

We weren't actively seeking one of these, but while Christmas shopping today at Target, they had them for $7.99 each, and they had probably a 100 or more. The guy in the dept said they came in last night, they were right out on the shelves with no fanfare etc. A small crowd of people were shopping them and all of them were actually polite and orderly. Target had a sign saying 2 per customer but we saw people with 10 or 15 in their carts. We bought one of them as a bonus present for my daughter. My wife said we should each grab two, but I told her no, let somebody else be grabby. I see on Ebay now their are like 2000 of them, don't seem to be getting the big bucks they are asking. I'm sure my daughter will enjoy the one she gets.Comment
