The Lizard would make sense. I could also imagine them having fun with Jameson's Robot story line. I would love to see a DD cross over, but can't see it (hey i made a joke ). Rhino, Scorpion (might be a better option than Lizard)

I just hope Raimi focuses the story better 3 had WAYYYY to many plots with the 3 villians to give any of them the focus they deserved. nevermind the mis-casting choice of topher grace as Brock, the exposed face Venon with the toper grace fang teeth shots, or evil bangs parker. it made spiderman 3 almost as bad as Batman and robin (ok maybe not quite THAT bad maybe only as bad as Batman forever) but it became a wow that's a cool effect shot film for me

1 villian is all you need if the villian can't carry the plot on his own pick a different one

Personally I hope the villain is that spider-hunting robot with tentacles and J. Jonah Jameson's face from "The Amazing Spider-man" #25.

I stand by my Kraven as a reality TV hunter who is after the Lizard plot, but I hope this one all but ignores the last movie. Tampering with Spidey's origin was the biggest of many sins.
