Well, it's cold and it's clammy
    Man, it's colder than a pimp's heart
But I gotta do my time
There's a lesson to be learned here, but what a price to pay
You know, I may never learn

I forgot about this one from the GTR album (1986)

The Hunter. Lovely tune. With the two Steve's Howe & Hackett!

AN oldie but a goodie. GRIM REAPER from the NWOBHM made a dent in the 80's. I met guitarist Nick Bowcott in 93 at my first NAMM show. He was working for MARSHALL Amps (this was years after the band broke up) He was pleasant at first then over the years, he lost his hair and got bitter and vindictive. I believe he is still working at Marshall and he does the occasional column for various guitar magazines.

when Keith Emerson and Greg Lake decided to reform ELP (with Carl Palmer) they had Carl tell them no. He was still committed to ASIA.

    so...

They decided to find a replacement. a drummer with a P in their last name and trust me Cozy Powell was not their first choice. That would have been Simon Phillips! But he was busy working with Pete Townsend (solo) and the WHO.

They made a good lp and toured, but it wasn't gelling. Sooo Keith Emerson FIRED Cozy, claiming he heard that he was joining LED ZEPPELIN!

    HAHHAHAHAHA!
