You know I was wanting to do the same thing,found some super cheap homes in Detroit.This was earlier in the year but the surrounding area was rough.I would like to find one in Hawaii something simple,just to go on vacation.

I think my wife grew up around there. I'll ask her tonight. I grew up about 20 minutes north of Columbus. You thinking of moving, or investing?
