Gołąbki: "little pigeons" - cabbage parcels, stuffed with mushrooms and meat.
I'm of polish decent and that side of the family always had these. My mom (not polish) will still make them. I can't get past the smell. Cabbage smells going into your body the way stuff smell going out.

I hate freekin Ovaltine.....Tastes like crud....and it never breaks down has all that powder crud all over the mug...bleh!!!

I usually use a SPOON and STIR it.
I drink it every day and never have that problem. Of course I also don't use the 4 spoonfuls they tell you to use on the label, I barely use two so maybe that's why?
Also they have different flavors. I like the rich chocolate flavor in the brown canister the best. The original flavor is kinda blah.
