I've had deer, pheasant, quail and rabbit. Plus bear and wild boar. My brother-in-law does a lot of hunting, so I've eaten a lot of game.

I too know people who eat a very limited variety of foods. I just don't understand, I love to try all different kinds of foods and dishes, from all different cultures and countries. Otherwise things would be so boring, I love discovering new tastes.

I worked alongside this guy for about ten years...and his lunch was always the exact same thing...a ham & cheese sandwich, a banana, and orange juice...every single time...his lunch NEVER EVER changed...lol...

Too many to list ... LOL ! I am such a picky eater that I just will not eat something if I dislike the look or smell. It drives my wife crazy because I tend to gross out easily with food. ( I don't have that problem with other things just food ) I am weird.

Whale Penis??!?!? That's got to be one of those crazy asian afrodisiac things.

I don't remember who posted this, but fried spam sandwiches with mustard is good. I like to add a bit of mozzarella, provellone, or a good swiss.
I had caviar once, years ago and remember it being quite good.
Is that liver mush stuff like Braunschweiger? If so, then I've had it and liked it.

My dad grew up on a farm with depression era parents. He was the youngest of 13 kids and to make every dollar stretch, they grew up eating some strange stuff. He passed some of that on to me and my brothers. Stuff like homemade headcheese and sausages. Dove, quail, pheasant. For a while we raised pigs and turkeys. Slaughter days were fun (sarcasm). I've never had sushi or snails. None of that hoity toity "weird" stuff, but I've had plenty of the "underclass" weird. Rocky Mountain Oiysters, fresh liver, Kidneys, braings. ect.

    HA!
    "most often pronounced /ˈdʒaɪroʊ/"
    That made me laugh.

I find that the vaccuum packed tuna is a much better product. However, if you have a good ethnic food store/supermarket nearby, go in and see if they have spanish or italian brand tuna packed in olive oil. It's expensive, but it's freaking fantastic. I bought a tin to try. Open it up, took a bit (didn't season it at all). It was so good I are the entire tin.
