And thanks to new laws...if by chance the Vaccine kills you, your Kid, or a family member...you will have no legal recourse.
Meryl Nass, MD
Anthrax Vaccine
August 9, 2009
1. The US government is using laws designed for dealing with a very deadly pandemic or bioterrorism to bring in a mass vaccination program for swine flu, specifically the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act of 2006.
Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act Questions and Answers
2. This law removes liability from the manufacturer, medical practitioners who use the product, and from “government program planners” who decided on using the law. A suit can only be brought if the DHHS Secretary allows it, and if there is willful misconduct on the part of the manufacturer.
This law has been invoked for swine flu drugs (tamiflu and relenza)

for swine flu vaccines, and for novel vaccine adjuvants (which may be used in vaccines to stretch the supply and possibly convey broader immunity)

3. If testing of these products is very limited, then the manufacturers are unlikely to become aware of their flaws, and specifically their adverse effects. Then there can be no willful misconduct.
4. Due to the fear that swine flu will cause a large outbreak once students return to schools, where the virus might rapidly spread, the US government has stated that vaccine is likely to be available, and used, before clinical trials are completed.sigpicComment

I'm not chancing it. My local doctor and 3 top California doctors all gave the same warning to my friends and I, they said " Do not take the vaccine "!
On the Vaccine:
I watched that Video about the GBS (Guillain-Barre Syndrome), and I wouldn't place too much stock in it.. . .why:
1) the guy they are talking to in NOT a doctor or medical person. . .. he is an Investigative Journalist. . . .without a scary story. . . .he doesn’t get his face on the TV.
2) They did talk to any current researchers and no current researchers advised against the vaccine (or their families). He said Researchers who developed the small pox vaccine. And that was a life time ago. . . . .what would they know about current vaccines. . . .very little and nothing about this specific vaccine. All smoke and mirrors.
3) When asked directly about what side effects have the children had. . . .DID NOT ANSWER the question. AND LISTEN. . . .no one has developed GBS on it. Not one side effect from the studies was mentioned. . . .because there is no story in the truth.
4) They keep talking about a similar vaccine from 1975 that caused GBS, or it having a component that may cause it. . . . .but then there are many vaccines where it is listed as a risk/potential side effect. . . . .but you never see it.
5) Being dead from Swine flu is worse than getting GBS. I nursed a guy with it about 19 years ago. . . .he lost all sensation and movement. . . .from his toes to the top of his head. . . . .it took a few weeks. . . . and each day the loss crept up his body. . . .I remember the day his lips stopped working as he couldn’t drink with a straw anymore. Then later he ended up on a ventilator as he could no longer breath on his own. A few weeks later he was back on my ward, fine as fine could be. . . all movement and sensation back. Not everyone is that lucky with GBS, but it is better than being dead because you didn’t have vaccine I think anyway.
That said, My 7 year old was offered a place in a safety study for it here. But this is an Australian developed Vaccine, that the World Health Organisation are quite favourable towards (they are not so convinced with a UK developed one back in August). We said no, as we didn’t want her to have the 7 follow up blood tests, used like a pin cushion.
BUT ME, I intend to get it as soon as it is available in a few weeks.Comment

My Wife's best friend has recently ended up with the H1N1 virus. I have begged my wife to stay away from her for a few weeks . (Usually the hang out daily ) It is becoming more common with the bug spreading. In The " Real World " Vampires Do Not Sparkle. They Burn In the Sun !

Here's where I'm most concerned about the possibility of our Government forcing People(and School Children, Military personal, etc..) to take the Vaccine:
3. If testing of these products is very limited, then the manufacturers are unlikely to become aware of their flaws, and specifically their adverse effects. Then there can be no willful misconduct.
4. Due to the fear that swine flu will cause a large outbreak once students return to schools, where the virus might rapidly spread, the US government has stated that vaccine is likely to be available, and used, before clinical trials are completed.
The ten points of the Nuremberg Code
The ten points are, (all from United States National Institutes of Health) [1]
1. The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, over-reaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him/her to make an understanding and enlightened decision. This latter element requires that before the acceptance of an affirmative decision by the experimental subject there should be made known to him the nature, duration, and purpose of the experiment; the method and means by which it is to be conducted; all inconveniences and hazards reasonable to be expected; and the effects upon his health or person which may possibly come from his participation in the experiment.
The duty and responsibility for ascertaining the quality of the consent rests upon each individual who initiates, directs or engages in the experiment. It is a personal duty and responsibility which may not be delegated to another with impunity.
2. The experiment should be such as to yield fruitful results for the good of society, unprocurable by other methods or means of study, and not random and unnecessary in nature.
3. The experiment should be so designed and based on the results of animal experimentation and a knowledge of the natural history of the disease or other problem under study that the anticipated results will justify the performance of the experiment.
4. The experiment should be so conducted as to avoid all unnecessary physical and mental suffering and injury.
5. No experiment should be conducted where there is a prior reason to believe that death or disabling injury will occur; except, perhaps, in those experiments where the experimental physicians also serve as subjects.
6. The degree of risk to be taken should never exceed that determined by the humanitarian importance of the problem to be solved by the experiment.
7. Proper preparations should be made and adequate facilities provided to protect the experimental subject against even remote possibilities of injury, disability, or death.
8. The experiment should be conducted only by scientifically qualified persons. The highest degree of skill and care should be required through all stages of the experiment of those who conduct or engage in the experiment.
9. During the course of the experiment the human subject should be at liberty to bring the experiment to an end if he has reached the physical or mental state where continuation of the experiment seems to him to be impossible.
10. During the course of the experiment the scientist in charge must be prepared to terminate the experiment at any stage, if he has probable cause to believe, in the exercise of the good faith, superior skill and careful judgment required of him that a continuation of the experiment is likely to result in injury, disability, or death to the experimental subject.
