      I couldn't begin to tell you how old I was then. But my dad was 4!

          Hey that guy that played Jonathan Kent in Smallville was in a show back in the 70's about some rednecks driving an orange Dodge Charger!

                In the 1970s it was government issued law that McDowell appear on your show.

                If your show was science fiction based, McDowall had to be a mad scientist preferably with androids.

                    He was great on Fantastic Journey as Dr. Willoway, starting out in "Doctor Smith" mode and then making his character a reluctant hero. It was rare to have character development like that.
