    There goes my night:-( Another awesome person I'll never get to meet. I enjoyed every film mentioned in this thread. Weird Science & PT&A are all-time favorites of mine. I think at one point one of my buddies and I had Gary & Wyatt's lines completely memorized. RIP.

        Wow! So young! Very sad! Awesome 80's movies for sure! I always wanted a sequel to Ferris & 16 candles.

          He made a huge impact in the 80s and like most I saw and enjoyed most all of his movies. RIP Mr. Hughes.

            My wife and I saw FBDO on our first date. Also, how about when John Candy is moving his watch back and forth on his sleeve to try and sell it to the hotel manager in PT&A?
