Going in a different direction I would gladly trade my collection for every childhood toy I foolishly sold, including some of a friend's stuff I had bought. Overall it' not much but as I collect for nostalgia that stuff is worth more to me than any of the stuff I own now. Years ago I recovered two of my loose Star Wars figures from a shop I had sold them to years before. They had disitinctive markings on the feet so I knew they were mine.
