Personally? I would trade it all for space travel. Going on a trip to Mars, or beyond. Something that would last me a lifetime. A year long trek to the stars.
I'm 44 year, and probably won't have the opportunity to travel to the stars, but that's my dream. Going to Mars, planting my Mego Kirk on that red sand, and having him stand there with a look of "hey, who can I shag around here?"

That is what I'd trade it for.
